THE TRADING ALGORITHMS - HYPERBOLIC & CIRCULAR INDICATORS

The two trading algorithms are called the Hyperbolic and the Circular. The Hyperbolic is a sophisticated trend following system using advanced geometries which slice the market according to its acceleration and deceleration processes. The Circular will project future turning points in price and time. As we progress through each of the 3 sequential Levels of this Trilogy, our algorithms, the Hyperbolic and the Circular will similarly evolve through 3 advancing levels of sophistication into more efficient and accurate technologies, producing greater profitability due to the refinements of their projections.

These refinements will allow the capability of higher account leveraging due to their continually improved accuracy, further compounding their profit potential as can be seen in our Leverage Study. We have also provided real-time trading records of the results generated by the Circular 3 traded manually over 5 months, which produced 1732%, or an annualized return of 4156%! We are also setting up a monitored account with a professional verification service to track the ongoing results of these algorithms applied to various markets in different time frames to quantify the results of these indicators when applied in real-time. Hyperbolic - Levels 1-3

The first algorithm, Hyperbolic 1, is an automated trend following system which generates (unleveraged) returns on average of about 5% per month, or annualized returns in the 60%-200% range with exceptional consistency. It is primarily concerned with the projection of hyperbolic acceleration/deceleration curves, which dynamically mold the curvature of future market action as shown below. The hyperbolic curve sets a dynamic stop loss to protect the ongoing market position identifying the exact point where the market has breaks out of its mathematical growth parameters signaling a change in trend. These hyperbolic curves consistently identify and capture large tradable segments of sequential swings in any market, on any time frame, from minute to monthly.

On Level 1 presented in the first course, they work only with price, but in Volume 2 these hyperbolae are extended upon a secondary time axis delimiting time curvature and adding a secondary dimension of measurement to the curvature through price/time. In volume 3 the Hyperbolic will be expanded so as to be able to predict time and price turning points using all nine types of nonlinear distributions, through an even more advanced application that looks at a 3 dimensional projection of price/time structures.

The Hyperbolic algorithm, being a trend following system, is by nature not fundamentally seeking exact turning points, but is rather focused upon catching increasingly larger trend segments. However, as it advances from the Hyperbolic 1 to Hyperbolic 3, the increasing functions coordinated across both price and time and then price/time, do significantly heighten the accuracy of its projections, allowing for an ongoing ramping up of leverage as the algorithm progresses to its more advanced stages. We expect each algorithm to double in effectiveness and results as it advanced through each progressive levels.

Circular - Levels 1-3

The second algorithm, the Circular uses mathematically defined pivot points to derive geometrical price/time relationships which, when converted through a mathematical growth sequence and applied through an expanding circle, square Price and Time, thereby projecting a sequence of future tradable pivot points. This algorithm produces a secondary trading methodology based upon the projection of these squared turning points, where high probability trades can be placed using increased leverage, due to the specificity of the squared projections. Some examples of the sequences of these projections techniques are shown following, where each projection presents 3 future sequential turning points in the market, giving a progressive long-short-long sequence or short-long-short sequence, depending upon the starting point.

Circular 2 will be evolved using a compressing circle which will square coordinates determined by the Universal Swing Chart on the Time Chart, which will significantly improve the projections by calculating them on a secondary axis, since the Level 1 tool is primarily orientated to one direction or axis, that of price only.

Circular 3 will be presented in the third and last course and will combine all of these teachings into a Master Time/Price Swing Chart that will become the basis of an even further evolved algorithm. At this advanced stage, the Circular 3 will dynamically mold onto the market using a set of two circles (one compressing and one expanding) to determine the true squaring of time and price coordinates, producing highly accurate projections in both price and time.

These Apps are the highest functioning version of the indicators that we have available. These Apps included a sophisticated statistical analysis platform which provides 25 different analytical tools to determine performance of the algorithms in both backtesting and real-time trading.
